Visit vibrant Bristol and join us for a traditional walking festival with an urban and Nordic edge.

What's on?

Whether you’re new to Bristol or lived here all your life, our goal is for you experience to some of the region’s best scenery, nature and history.

Our Festival starts on Friday evening with a beautiful Bristol Harbourside walk. It’s an opportunity to meet other walkers and learn a bit about the city’s rich and eventful maritime history.

On Saturday we have urban walks and boat tours in the heart of Bristol; walks that take you from the city centre out into the surrounding countryside; and walks in some of the region’s best loved walking areas including the Wye Valley and Cotswolds. Group sizes are small and led by experienced guides, transport to and from walks is included in the price, and most walks finish at a café or site of historic interest with time built in for refreshments and sight-seeing.

On Sunday we welcome British Nordic Walking and offer three stunning walks of different lengths, all crossing Brunel’s famous Clifton Suspension Bridge.

All walks are open to Nordic walkers and regular walkers.
